Identify and approach potential new clients in the plastics manufacturing industry.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for plastics products, including client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct regular visits to all clients in the assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical team to plan and conduct on-site product trials at client factories.
Attend factory trials to explain product usage and ensure proper application procedures.
Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and market conditions.
Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to position products effectively.
Expand sales territory by securing new accounts and increasing sales volume from new business opportunities.
Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports including pipeline status and forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in plastics, polymers, or performance chemicals industries.
Strong technical understanding of plastics processing and chemical applications.
