- Manages fire and rescue drills in collaboration with the safety manager.
- Maintains product quality and ensures that the process is running according to standards.
- Supports operators in developing their soft and technical skills.
- Oversees deviations and coordinates with stakeholders to take corrective actions accordingly.
- Prepares presentations and shares them with the manager on a monthly basis.
- Trains operators on preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment and critical line problems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Writes and updates Standards Operating Procedures.
- Improves the quality of work orders.
- Audits operators' work while performing preventive maintenance.
- Analyzes breakdowns according to 5 whys and recommends corrective actions accordingly.
- Ensures that Heineken standards are applied in the plants.
- Aligns with subcontractors and the production management team on available equipment for preventive maintenance.
