The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, supervising, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment in water treatment plant projects. The role ensures that all mechanical works are executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and implement mechanical systems in water treatment plants, including piping, pumping stations, valves, and related equipment.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment on-site.
Conduct hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and selection of mechanical components.
Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and health & safety regulations.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration of systems.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
Support project management in scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams.
