Supplier Management & Communication
You communicate directly and professionally with both existing and new suppliers — in writing and verbally — in German and English.
You take ownership of proactively reaching out to new suppliers (cold outreach) and expand our network of strategic partnerships.
Negotiations & Pricing
You carefully prepare for price negotiations, conduct them independently, and document the results transparently.
You evaluate offers and contribute to optimizing our purchasing conditions, including payment and delivery terms.
Analysis & Market Research
You conduct product and market analyses, identify trends, and provide sound decision-making foundations for our sourcing strategy.
You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement performance through competitive benchmarking and price analysis.
Transparency & Reporting
You ensure transparency in high-volume expenditures, gather explanations from stakeholders, and assist in deriving actionable recommendations.
You collaborate closely with the Finance team and other internal stakeholders to manage procurement in a data-driven manner.
Requirements
Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level required).
Educational background in Business, Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a consulting or fast-paced, structured environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Solid business acumen, with experience in managing payment terms, networking, and capital considerations
You are skilled in negotiation, organization, and communication — professional, analytical, and persuasive.
You have solid Excel skills and ideally experience with ERP or procurement systems.
You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and act with a high degree of initiative.
