- Conduct initial screenings of new candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidates meet the necessary criteria.
- Organize and participate in interviews, providing feedback and recommendations on candidate selections.
- Onboarding Process Management:
- Develop and implement a structured onboarding process that ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary resources are available for new hires.
- Guide new employees through orientation, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs for new hires and coordinate with department heads to provide necessary training sessions.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, systems, and job-specific skills.
- Monitor the progress of new hires and provide additional support or training as needed to help them succeed.
- Employee Guidance and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate feedback sessions with new hires and their managers to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding, training, or a related
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
