Follow up and manage the business opportunity pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assess market trends and competition.
Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to expand professional networks.
Prepare regular performance reports, analyze results, and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Development in the field of Construction and Building Materials.
Very good command of English Language.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to effectively analyze markets and identify business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
