RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies for chemical products in the construction sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to communicate customer needs and help shape product development.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of product solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the construction industry.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track project progress and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or project management within the chemical or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical applications in construction, including adhesives, coatings, and sealants.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
