- Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss projects and gather feedback.
- Ensure all client requests are communicated and executed effectively.
- Oversee campaign execution from briefing to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the Art, Production, and Operations teams.
- Manage project timelines, approvals, and budgets.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align designs with client objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for campaigns.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability.
- Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial tracking.
- Maintain organized documentation for projects and approvals.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Work with production teams to verify materials and final quality checks.
- Follow internal processes from project initiation to final delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Support business development through client pitches and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and provide strategic solutions.
- Negotiation skills for contract discussions, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- A proactive approach to client needs and business growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Understanding of creative processes & production workflows
- Knowledge of industry trends, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, media, and production teams.
