- Familiarity with safety-critical standards and regulations specific to rail and metro systems (e.g., EN 50126, CENELEC).
- Experience with configuration management tools, such as IBM Rational ClearCase, SVN, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices, including ITIL change management processes.
- Understanding of system integration, system architecture, and requirements management in the rail and metro industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration and change management within the rail and metro industry, with a strong emphasis on system integration and compliance with safety-critical standards.
- Proven track record of managing configuration control and change management processes for rail or metro projects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of configuration management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes on system configurations and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
