As we continue expanding our international footprint, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in delivering strategic hiring solutions for our global clients across diverse markets.About the RoleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to international clients—leading recruitment cycles, driving sourcing strategies, and ensuring high-quality candidate delivery across various functions and geographies. This role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiter with strong international exposure, advisory skills, and a proven track record in closing roles at speed and scale.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects for global clients across multiple industries
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across MENA, GCC, and other international regions
Conduct advanced candidate assessments and present shortlists with clear justifications
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide clients through seamless hiring decisions
Support onboarding coordination and ensure excellent candidate and client experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and account management to ensure service excellence
Contribute to internal process improvements, mentoring junior recruiters when needed

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field
3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency and/or international recruitment experience preferred)
Proven ability to handle multiple complex roles across international markets, especially in the GCC
Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and other advanced sourcing tools
Strong interpersonal, client management, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure
