- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects for global clients across multiple industries
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across MENA, GCC, and other international regions
- Conduct advanced candidate assessments and present shortlists with clear justifications
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide clients through seamless hiring decisions
- Support onboarding coordination and ensure excellent candidate and client experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and account management to ensure service excellence
- Contribute to internal process improvements, mentoring junior recruiters when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field
- 3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency and/or international recruitment experience preferred)
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex roles across international markets, especially in the GCC
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and other advanced sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal, client management, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure
