- Resolve service incidents by troubleshooting & solving faults reported through: BEM Alarms, Oceane and Remedy Cases or CSM/CSD/COM signed emails or any other tools.
- Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through: MSCT , CCS and MACHX change requests or Diapason Email requests
- Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through: Problem Management Dashboard, BEM Alarms, Oceane and REMEDY Cases or CSM/CSD/COM signed emails or any other tools.
- Maintain the MOI Incident and Change management activity Backlog up to date on daily basis
- Plan and perform Service Improvement plans for the customers if needed.
- perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.
- Provide trainings to New Comers.
- Act as a point of reference for both Technical and Processes inquiries from other team members or external customers.
- Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Semi-Annual and Annual reports.
- Perform weekly/Bi-weekly Tickets Audits and ensure that all the regulations and processes are followed in the tickets
- Hold complete delegate responsibilities such as attending meetings , manage team resources in the absence of the team manager.
- Represent the Mobility team in internal or external meeting
- Comply to any additional tasks that will be assigned by the team managerabout youMust have- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years of IT/Network security support technical experience.
- Very good understanding of network security technologies (IPSec, VPN,AAA,CISCO security, PKI, RAS, RADUIS,TCACS, Firewalls, Antivirus and SSL.
- Excellent understanding of IT & networking fundamentals
- Excellent phone business communication & facilitation skills
- Good understanding of the mobility and managed authentication services (Legacy BAS, Purple SAS ,New BAS , Nortel IPSec, Managed PKI Services, Secure my device, IP Dial and Juniper SSL).
- Good understanding of ITIL incident & change management processes.
- B.Sc degree in computer, communication or electronics engineering.
- Fluency in English both Written and spoken
- Very good communications SkillsNice to have
- Certification in CCNA Security, CCSP and Linux Redhat
- Soft skill / business courses (Time management, facilitation skills, interpersonal skills, etc ...)
