Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Communication Specialist to lead and manage our digital presence and communications strategy. You will be responsible for handling our social media platforms, supporting content creation and design, moderating online interactions, and promoting events and webinars. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-savvy, and has an open mindset when it comes to exploring new engagement formats like livestreaming.Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Design basic visual content and graphics for posts, stories, and announcements using tools like Canva or Adobe SuiteManage and moderate online community interactions to ensure respectful and active engagementSupport the coordination and live coverage of webinars, events, and livestream sessionsCollaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies for programs, events, and initiativesTrack and analyze engagement metrics, suggest improvements, and report on campaign performanceEnsure consistent branding, messaging, and voice across all communication channelsSupport writing newsletters, website updates, and press content as neededPersonal Skills3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)Open-minded, collaborative, and ready to try creative new formatsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesTechnical SkillsProficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)Familiarity with livestreaming tools (e.g. StreamYard, Zoom, YouTube Live) is a plusEducationBachelor of Mass communication
