At Lucidya, we are looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team.As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for implementing intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies. You’ll work closely with our UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect components and with backend developers to deliver seamless product experiences. You’ll be joining a company at the forefront of Machine Learning and Big Data analytics, helping customers gain powerful insights from complex social and digital content.We are hiring multiple frontend developers at different seniority levels.   • Convert visual designs into responsive, pixel-perfect JSX components.
  • Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, MUI, Redux, and React Query.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests using tools such as Jest or React Testing Library.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Maintain a clean and well-structured codebase with Git and code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance and handle browser-specific behavior.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and propose improvements where needed.
  • Using project management software to track and report on projects
  • Contribute to the growth of Lucidya through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
  • Deep experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem (including Redux and React Query).
  • Knowledge of real-time communication tools such as WebSockets and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
  • Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI) and custom theming.
  • Proven ability to convert Figma designs to JSX with high visual and functional fidelity.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience using Git and Git-based collaboration workflows.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development principles.
  • Worked with teams before using an agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Perfect Quality code and front-end integration
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines
