• Design and deploy WiFi and Pre-WiMAX network solutions for indoor/outdoor environments
• Conduct site surveys and develop RF planning & optimization strategies
• Configure and maintain wireless access points, controllers, and antennas
• Troubleshoot complex wireless issues and ensure network reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wireless integration projects
• Stay up to date with wireless technology trends and best practices

• Proficient in wireless planning tools and RF design
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, wireless security, and interference mitigation
• Familiarity with vendors like Cisco, Redline, Infinet, Aruba, Cambium, Altai or Ruckus
• Familiarity with tools like Ekahau, a Wireless planner
