Job Description:Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Production Foreman to manage and oversee production activities at our client's facility in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily production operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.If selected, the work location will be in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead production crews, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
  • Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment.
  • Analyze production data and report on performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in training and development programs for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Foreman in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
