- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning models, making improvements as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes, methodologies, and evaluations.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and machine learning, implementing new techniques and tools to improve our capabilities.
- Present Findings: Clearly communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders, providing insights into model performance and implications for the business.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with experience using libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying machine learning solutions.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
