In this versatile position, you will report directly to the IWS Cell Lead Trainer and be jointly responsible for continuous improvement in production through progressive maintenance of the systems and systematic error elimination. You will also supervise the maintenance work for IWS cells area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture and apply maintenance standard and systems.Main tasks
Assumption of the function as technical manager within the assigned cell
Responsible for the systematic elimination and prevention of maintenance and technology-related disruptions through in-depth technical analyzes of the machines
Responsible for ensuring a smooth technical production process within the cell as well as improving and increasing machine performance/efficiencies
Leading the teams in resolving technical issues, including assisting in setting standards and countermeasures to avoid plant failures
Support of the line manager in the development of quarterly plans and targets
Qualifications and work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or maintenance environment
