about the roleWill be responsible, as part of Level 2 and Level 3 Operation team, for change, incident and performance management of Big Data used in a critical-to-Orange business environment in accordance with established measurements and documented Service Level Agreements.about youEducational background & Professional Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering
5 years' experience in the Information Systems industry
2-4 years of strong experience in Big Data domain in managing Production support.
Ability to possess logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies in applications support environment.
Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organization and relieve potential conflicts.
Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.
Strong ability to work with International Customers.
