Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in the technology sector.
Deep understanding of the Egyptian tech market, including roles and skill requirements.
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and networking strategies to attract candidates.
Ability to conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate technical capabilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various hiring projects concurrently.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment methodologies.
