- 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales plans and achieving quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse sales team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
- B2B / corporate sales experience in services, SaaS, medical services & preferable in the software & telecommunication industry.
