· Identify and approach corporate clients seeking to purchase or lease commercial and administrative units within the company’s projects.· Conduct direct meetings with decision-makers (e.g. procurement managers, business owners, investors) to present tailored real estate solutions.· Prepare customized presentations and competitive pricing proposals based on each client’s specific requirements.· Negotiate and finalize high-value agreements in alignment with company profit goals and policies.· Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.· Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Project Management) to ensure smooth execution of agreements.· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual obligations.· Monitor market trends in the commercial and administrative real estate sectors and analyze competition to identify new opportunities.· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to corporate deals.· Prepare and submit regular sales reports including forecasts, client status, and active projects.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.· 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in commercial and administrative real estate.· Demonstrated success in closing major deals or managing key corporate accounts.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.· In-depth understanding of the commercial property market and corporate client needs.· Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships at executive level.· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.· Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
