Job Description:

Lead Mobile Development:

Drive the design and development of mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms, focusing on performance, quality, and scalability.

Architecture and Design:

Create and maintain the architecture for mobile applications, ensuring high standards of security and efficiency.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.

Mentorship and Leadership:

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with backend developers and product managers to define and refine application features and functionalities.Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Testing and Debugging:

Implement robust testing frameworks, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimizing application performance based on user feedback and metrics.

Stay Current:

Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.Participate actively in the mobile development community, representing the company at conferences and meetups.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, coding practices, and application architecture for future reference.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focusing on React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs integration.
In-depth knowledge of mobile development lifecycle and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns and architecture.
