- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our factories, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets the demands of the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
- Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to continuously improve our operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong background in Flour production is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
