- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to the enhancement or manipulation to help drive informed decision-making within Coptic Orphans.
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources, including databases, surveys, and other systems.
- Clean and process data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Analyze collected data using statistical techniques and interpret findings.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, offering both high-level overviews and detailed, in-depth analyses to support a range of decision-making needs.
- Perform predictive analysis to forecast trends or outcomes based on historical data
- Work with the technology team members to identify larger-scale system changes and necessary integrations, gather requirements, develop specifications, work with external and/or internal technical resources to implement changes, and conduct thorough data testing
- Perform any additional tasks as requested.
- Bachelor's degree Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience data analysis.
- Experience in reporting and data visualization tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau
- Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases.
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing.
- Understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON.
- Familiar with Digital marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to write and speak clearly to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Limited to typical office environment such as walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel.
- Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
