Overview:As a Sales Cap Senior Associate your role will be to closely collaborate with the French Sales and Trade marketing teams, supporting account managers, Sales associates and Sales Regional Assistants in daily business on tasks linked to budgeting, sample ordering and promotions. Responsibilities:Support AFH and OT channels teams in the administration of regular tasks related to commercial finance, such as:- End-to-end PO management
- Invoice management
- Sample order management
- Creation of vendors
- Budget management and tracking
- Creation of promotion materials Qualifications:- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and French
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of SAP applications
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
- Great organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactiveness, responsiveness and ownership
