A Mechanical Technical Office Engineer responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all technical and engineering documents for mechanical works in construction projects. Ensures that designs comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements, while providing technical support to the execution teams.Key Responsibilities:

Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and contract documents to prepare mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Perform engineering calculations for HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO) for mechanical works.
Review and approve suppliers’ and subcontractors’ technical submittals.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and site execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, etc.).
Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve design or execution issues.
Prepare progress reports and maintain updated technical documentation.
Liaise with consultants and clients for technical approvals and clarifications.
