- Align the Operations, Zones, Marketing & CTIO business owners on I need help CJ vision
- Responsible for business case
- Responsible for projects budget and investments
- Responsible for program resources, governance and roadmap
- Responsible of operations KPIs
- Communicate & align project progress with Customer Journey lead & GDO management board
- Align different project's streams on common framework, remove obstacls cross organization (resources, budget, communication. Stakeholders management)
- Influence CTIO tooling startgey with the help of customer journey lead
- Influence Marketing roadmap
- Accountable for build and execute the business long term transformation plans
- Measurements of program ROI and Improvement plan
- 15 Years Project/Program Management experience
- Service Management experience
- knowledge of Orange Business Services products and solutions
- Deal with unclear scope and new products
- Manage critical discussions between business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter
- B.Sc in Communication or Computer Engineering
- ITIL certified
