Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Casual Laboratory Assistant to play a key role in performing routine analysis in our environmental laboratory and to produce results in a timely manner.#NSWJobsConnectYour key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

Preparation and analysis of routine samples.
Compliance with analytical methods and quality MS.
Preparation of standards.
Calibration, operation and maintenance of analytical instruments.
Analysis and recording of data/results.
Collection of field or factory samples.
Assist chemists in various tasks including minor repairs of equipment.

Qualifications

Certificate IV (TAFE) or equivalent
One to two years of laboratory experience or similar
Flexibility with working hours and tasks (afternoon shift)
