- Lead the application technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, including integrations with payment gateways and third-party services.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Analyze system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application support.
- 6+ years of technical support experience in the banking industry.
- Proven expertise with 3rd party integrations and payment gateways.
- Strong C# programming experience, including:
- ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core
- .NET Framework & .NET 6/7+
- Entity Framework / EF Core
- Web API / RESTful Services
- LINQ
- ADO.NET
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading or mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
