As we embark on a groundbreaking digital transformation journey, we are committed to leveraging the latest technologies to establish a state-of-the-art data architecture that will redefine our performance and service delivery.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Application Tech Support Team Lead to oversee application support operations and lead integration with third-party systems and payment gateways. You will manage a team of application support engineers, ensure application stability, and use your C#/.NET development expertise to troubleshoot, enhance, and support critical banking systems. This is a leadership position for a technically strong, proactive problem solver.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, including integrations with payment gateways and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Analyze system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application support.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • 6+ years of technical support experience in the banking industry.
  • Proven expertise with 3rd party integrations and payment gateways.
  • Strong C# programming experience, including:
  • ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core
  • .NET Framework & .NET 6/7+
  • Entity Framework / EF Core
  • Web API / RESTful Services
  • LINQ
  • ADO.NET
  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading or mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
