- Analyzing tenders RFPs and clients' RFQs to assess their needs, design and recommend the best-fit solutions and tools for client needs, integrating products, provide advice on the integration and deployment of our systems, and more.
- Create detailed technical proposals, product configurations, and pricing estimates tailored to the
- client's specifications.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of the company's solutions, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Customize demonstrations based on client-specific requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned
- with their business and technical objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology stacks, tools, and other solutions provided by the company.
- Support the sales team in the transition of closed deals to the implementation phase, ensuring that technical specifications are clearly communicated and met.
- Provide the technical writing for high quality technical and financial proposals using several tools of technical writing.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Management or any related IT field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a Pre-Sales Engineer or technical sales role, ideally in the domains of Data Management, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, AI, Cybersecurity, Platforms Development, Solution Development, Enterprise Architecture, …
- Strong technical background with the ability to design, present, and support solutions, proof of concept, and prototypes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic), with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
