- Be the first point of contact for potential US clients
- Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify their need for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points
- Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
- Schedule demos for our Account Executives
- 1–2 years of experience in high-performing remote sales environments
- Affinity for and understanding of SaaS solutions
- Strong intrinsic motivation and a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Goal-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Proven track record in similar BDR/SDR roles
- Fluent or native-level English
- Familiarity with EOR solutions is a plus (but not required)
