As the Product Designer, reporting to our Product Design Lead, you'll have the opportunity to design impactful, user-centered products that support thousands of learners. We're looking for a passionate designer who thrives on solving complex problems and creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences.What you'll do:

Create and validate product experiences through mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy and translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine designs.
Advocate for the user experience (UX) within cross-functional teams and throughout the organization.

What we're looking for:

8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience working with agile product development teams to deliver high-quality results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
A strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
Ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with design trends.
