The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. You should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. An outstanding scrum master should have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.Roles and Responsibilities:· Coordinate sprints, planning, review, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.· Coach team members in Agile frameworks.· Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.· Work with product owners, technology colleagues and business representatives to handle backlogs and new requests.· Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.· Help teams implement changes effectively.· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.· Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.· Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.· Prepare and present status reports/dashboards to stakeholders.Competencies:Behavioral Skills:Critical thinking skills.Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment.Insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving.Ability to break down complex information into understandable and actionable items.Leadership and management experience.Excellent people and project management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Team player, accountable and self-starter.Good organizational and time management skills.Flexible and able to thrive in a fast paced, innovative young company.Able to work under stress.Problem solver and appetite for continuous improvement.Technical Competencies/Skills:. Experience working with back-end, middle-ware and front-end (web and mobile app) using various development frameworks and technologies.· Lean thinking mindset, comfortable with Agile planning, estimation and review rituals.· Jira/Confluence/Slack.· Experience working with Infra/devOps teams is a plus.Requirements:Job Requirements:Education:
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Experience:· 5+ years as a Scrum master in complex Enterprise projects & programs.· Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement …)· Knowledge of Kanban is a plus.· Successful experience in managing multiple development teams in parallel.· Experience in project management (planning, resource management, risk mitigation, change management) is a differentiator.Licenses and certifications:Scrum master certification is highly appreciated.Benefits:
