- Develop content for all of the client's social/owned platforms. Work closely with the client to manage content of any and all marketing materials (websites, campaigns, apps etc)
- Proactively grow social media communities by focusing on writing compelling, actionable posts in a timely manner; and syndicating content across the appropriate channels.
- Write website copy, including new pages and revamping existing pages, as necessary.
- Evaluate, plan, organize, manage, and contribute to all relevant social media channels in an effort to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent marketing message
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts,
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
- Become an advocate of the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Brand and Marketing teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
- Assist to develop and execute a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports marketing and customer support initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness for brands
- 2-4 years of experience working within Social Media
- Knowledge of digital media is valuable
- Knowledge of current trends, especially on social media
- Strong analytical, (Monitoring stats, analysis and reporting)
- Problem solving skills and proactivity in providing solutions
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and designing skills is a huge plus
- Team Oriented: Team player and will work well in a multicultural environment
- Can work under tight deadlines
- Has strong verbal and communication skills
- Confident when presenting Infront of internal and/or external teams
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills are a must for this position due to client responsibilities
