Participating in this project could be a pivotal milestone in your career and a significant historical achievement for the region.Today, we are recruiting for a Rolling Stock HSE Coordinator to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities?

You will implement and monitor HSE procedures across Rolling Stock worksites.
You will support contractors and subcontractors in maintaining safety standards.
You will supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with Egyptian law and international safety standards.
You will align with HSE requirements set by the consortium and contractors.
You will conduct risk assessments and review safe systems of work.
You will ensure site personnel are trained and authorized.
You will lead weekly toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You have at least 3 years of experience in the HSE field.
You hold a recognized HSE certification (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, OFQUAL).
You have hands-on experience in lifting operations and conducting audits.
You demonstrate a strong project management mindset with proven delivery capabilities.
You possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
You have a full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic; German is a plus.
