- Build and maintain robust and scalable AI models that can adapt to changing business needs.
- Collaborate with software engineers and other technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models and make necessary adjustments to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and explore their potential applications within the company.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI automation within the organisation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
