F&B Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B departments to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Lead F&B Area supervisors and Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance sales and profitability in line with annual budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations to assess performance and compliance of locations under management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote F&B offerings and engage with the customer base through events and promotions.
• Analyze sales reports and trends to identify areas for improvement and target-setting for each outlet.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained across all locations.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 10 years in an area management role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes in the F&B sector.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency in multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
