- Create detailed and accurate civil engineering drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare layouts, sections, and details for construction and design projects.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
- Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system for all design documents and revisions.
- Assist in project documentation, including reports and presentations as needed.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Draftsman in civil engineering projects, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
