- 10 years of previous sales management or active sales is a must.
- Proven Commercial Real Estate Sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations.
- A deep understanding of the market services/products.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales.
- Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems;
- Ability to support and motivate sales members is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
