In addition to supporting the risk mitigation requirement according to Customs Authorities, by preparing internal customs audit exercise. You will be responsible for internal audit system, documents retention, connecting with brokers, customs offices and conformity service providers within Africa, Middle East & Turkey.ResponsibilitiesConduct internal customs audit on SCJ importsHelp the team in drafting Standard Routines and Standard Operating ProceduresCoordinate the work around “Offline Shipments”Monitoring weekly clearance KPIs with customs brokersExperience you'll bring:Interest in Logistics & Imports/Exports & Global Trade OperationsUniversity degree in related fields (Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or Law, open for other backgrounds provided core presence of the first pre-requisite)Arabic and English fluent speaker (verbal and written communication), Turkish is considered a competitive advantage.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (must) and Power BI (plus)Legal eligibility to work in Egypt.Behaviors you'll need:Fast learnerExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsMust be independent and objectiveOrganized and self-drivenAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work virtually with colleagues located in other regionsJob Requirements6 months assignmentTypical working hours apply.
