ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBThe successful candidate will participate in development the launch and further management of new categories in Egypt by achieving business targets and positive contribution, by leading all relevant functions and aligning with CCHBC Group team.The candidate will contribute in the System business governance to support alignment in the System through fact based management.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project coordination for new category launch with all functions involved: SC, Quality, Finance, RTM, RGM, Field Sales, SAP integration

Communication with The Coca-Cola Company and CCHBC HQ based on the global agenda and projects

Launch on time and at agreed scale, achieving category sales, profit and income goals through implementing plans for the assigned categories

Develop, implement, and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers' needs

Work closely with different stakeholders to develop and implement promotional plans

Coordination of processes and data driven tools to support System collaboration and alignment

ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

University Degree in business related studies

+2 years of relevant business experience in Commercial / Trademarketing / Marketing function in top snack, chocolate companies

Project Management experience

Analytical skills

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Attention to details

Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic

Structured and Organized

Strong Time Management Skill

Social strong networker
