Acquiring new pharmacies for the Chefaa service. This role involves identifying potential pharmacy prospects, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of pharmacies. The position requires a strong analytical approach to tracking performance, optimizing sales efficiency, and implementing strategic business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and engage potential pharmacy prospects to expand Chefaa's network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to pharmacy decision-makers, effectively showcasing the value of Chefaa's services.
  • Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with the legal team to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure contract execution aligns with agreed terms and proactively addresses any operational challenges.
  • Tracked and reported on proposal progress, ensuring timely documentation and updates to management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Work with the Business Manager to develop mutually beneficial proposals based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor pharmacy performance and retention, analyzing data to improve engagement and revenue.
  • Create and submit monthly reports detailing pharmacy performance, retention rates, and key sales metrics.
  • Work closely with the business development team to develop strategies that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze pharmacy and competitor data to identify potential growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in mentoring and guiding Business Development Executives and Sales team members.
  • Provide coaching, insights, and best practices to enhance the performance and efficiency of junior team members.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new hires within the sales and business development teams.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
