- Perform all required inspections for all Civil/ Arch activities according to approved drawings.
- Follow inspection test plan (ITP) according to project scope/ specs and applied standards.
- Review sub–contractor’s method of statements.
- Issue and review all quality site reports and Logs needed (IR, MIR, NTP, TRS, TR, NCR, Bunch list and monthly report……).
- Attend/ Witness all required tests for soil and concrete (during and after casting).
- Monitor and supervise material delivery according to material submittal approval and application of this material is according to specs and data sheet.
- Prepare lesson learned.
- Attend all needed internal/ external meetings with EETD team, consultant, owner and sub-contractors regarding to Quality issues or scope.
- Follow up and monitor with site team and sub-contractor the non-conformance reports closing is according to specs and quality requirements.
- Advice project managers and construction managers for the corrective/preventive action for non-conformance cases.
- Review and monitor test results to prepare for project closing.
- Follow up the closing of punch/ Snag list for the projects.
- Achieving Quality department objectives setting per project.
- Issue internal NCR‘s for sub-contractor regarding to non-conformity of specs, drawings, MOS…
- Review and monitor all drawings in site is approved and issued for construction.
- Coordinate with document controller to collect a valid scanned copy from site report for project close out.
- Follow and improve the quality at site for all activities daily through following specs and standard to create a trust atmosphere between owner/ consultant and El-Sewedy staff.
- Attend all concrete casting at site and follow the lab technician for all needed tests during casting.
- Matching between Civil, Arch, Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
- Monitor the calibration of surveying equipment’s and lab crushing machine.
- Advice site mangers to discount from subcontractor invoices due to the open NCR’s.
- Follow up with technical department for any problem related to technical drawings.
- Understanding of the entire project’s lifecycle including substations specifications.
- Familiar with Quality Management System requirements.
- Familiar with Substations and OHTL civil work.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Good knowledge in international and Egyptian standards and codes.
