Job Summary:
The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for the effective design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The role also includes direct hands-on responsibility for payroll processing, personnel administration, and HR budgeting, ensuring operational excellence and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities: * Total Rewards:
  • Lead the design and administration of compensation structures and incentive schemes and benefits.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market pricing analysis using Mercer, Hay, or similar tools.
  • Monitor internal pay equity and assist in annual merit and bonus cycle planning.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the company’s benefits programs.
  • Prepare job offers.
  • Payroll:
  • Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Review payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle reconciliation and preparation of payroll reports for Finance and HR.
  • Personnel Administration:
  • Supervise employee record-keeping and ensure compliance with labor and audit requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date HRIS data for all employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations).
  • Ensure proper documentation for contracts, disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations.
4. HR Budgeting & Reporting:
  • Lead the preparation of the annual HR budget, including headcount, salaries, benefits, and training costs.
  • Monitor monthly HR expenditures versus budget and highlight variances.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align HR forecasts and ensure budget accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, cost per hire, etc.).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on exposure to payroll and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and payroll software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
