JOB TITLE
Manager - Business Development | MAF Retail | Head Office EgyptROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for the sales growth both internally within MAF Retail and externally with new customersROLE PROFILE
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability.
  • Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts with new customers.
  • Identify opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos and distributorships.
  • Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working.
  • Oversee the data analyst(s) responsibilities specifically in regards to sales growth and customer insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units; for example, merchandise, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the UK Hub.
  • Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field.
  • MBA is advantageous.
  • 5 – 7 years in similar position.
  • 3 – 5 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred.
