Lead the architectural design of the DC platform, leveraging the full capabilities of Supabase and the underlying PostgreSQL database.
Design and implement the core data schema and enforce granular security policies using PostgreSQL's Row-Level Security (RLS). This is a critical responsibility.
Develop, test, and deploy complex business logic as secure and efficient serverless Edge Functions (TypeScript/JavaScript) for tasks like AI service integration and custom workflows.
Integrate the platform with numerous third-party APIs and services, ensuring secure and reliable data flow.
Work closely with frontend engineers to design optimal data access patterns and real-time subscriptions, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
Monitor platform usage, performance, and cost, implementing optimizations to ensure the solution remains efficient and cost-effective as it scales.
Working Type: Fully Remote.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional software development experience shipping production applications.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL, schema design, and security models (Row-Level Security is a must).
Demonstrable experience building applications on a major BaaS platform (e.g., Supabase, Firebase).
Strong proficiency in writing serverless functions using TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js runtime).
Deep understanding of modern API design and experience integrating with third-party services.
A "database-first" and product-oriented mindset, focused on leveraging platform features to deliver business value quickly.
