- Develop and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including the creation and delivery of orientation programs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s policies, procedures, culture, and values.
- Facilitate introductions between new hires and their teams, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and training modules.
- Track and monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding process, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to continually improve the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding or employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
