
Product Configuration Lead - Integrated Order Management

- Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance).
- Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed).
- Support development team in understanding the complexity and the sequences of the backlog items.
- Create a great working environment through a positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the project team.
- Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutions while targeting simplification and standardization.
- Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition.
- Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects.
- Support proactively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
- Support the functional specification of user stories.
- Work with Architect(s) to validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget).
- Oversee the configuration & customization work of the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects.
- Support proactively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
- Collaborate with business, as well as with external vendors and stakeholders for necessary deliverables.
- 5+ years' experience with SAP ERP SD, SAP S/4HANA SD, Promo management and Integrations with other ordering channels, including business understanding of E2E Order to Cash processing.
- Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with Order management including different checks (promo, ATP, credit, etc.) and integrations with different order channels (i.e. CRM, Customer portal, D365)
- Technical background on how various components are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, etc.);
- Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage.
- FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
