Work with subject matter experts and identify the program target audience's training needs/ each course to develop the course roadmap.
Collaborate with experts by conducting virtual meetings to rehearse and refine the content prior to filming.
State instructional end goals and create or amend the existing content to match them.
Provide exercises and interactive activities that enhance the learning process.
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product for both the videos and the interactive activities through storyboards.

Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders through all the learning design phases.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.

The ideal candidate is someone with:

5+ years experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Good knowledge of Authoring tools
Good knowledge of different LMS's
