Job Description:Eram Talent is on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join our Abu Dhabi team. This position is essential for ensuring precise project cost assessments and achieving successful project delivery. As a part of Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition firm, you will have the opportunity to contribute to important construction initiatives across the region.If selected, the work location will be Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare complete cost estimates for construction projects in Abu Dhabi
Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to assess project costs
Gather and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to incorporate into estimates
Conduct feasibility studies and promote cost-saving measures through value engineering
Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and related documentation
Collaborate with project teams for effective budget management and tracking
Monitor and report on estimated versus actual project costs throughout the project lifecycle
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with selected vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes and cost estimation techniques
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of local market conditions and regulations in Abu Dhabi
